Your tasks
1. You are the local and key person to represent the company and sell our products across Belgium (Flanders & Wallonia).
2. Initiate a sales process by planning of appointments with prospects and existing customers.
3. You are responsible for the competent explanation, demonstration, instruction, and sale of our innovative in-house diagnostics systems, Ultrasound and xRay solutions in veterinary practices.
4. Implementation of device connections to the practice management software.
5. Support for our customers with technical questions about our devices.
6. Organization of product demonstrations and presentations.
7. Take part in congresses, symposia and exhibitions.
8. To achieve sales-goals, you support the implementation of strategies and action plans to increase sales and customer acquisition.
9. Collect strategic market information.
10. Timely maintenance of customer data and creation of visit reports in the CRM system.
> You report to the scil animal care company France entity.
> You are a self-driven starter who needs a minimum of support and enjoy pioneering with a result-oriented approach.
> You will rely on existing contacts and installed customers base which needs to be reactivated and moved.
> As the first person of this new local organization, you will be entitled to build and develop and grow the organization over the time in line with the business you will develop and step into new roles.
> You will benefit from strong support from the French, German and Dutch entities (Sales back office, technical team and service, education, support from Products Managers,…) helping you daily to grow our business in Belgium.
Your profile
• You have entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
• Preferably a minimum of three years sales experience in the (veterinary) diagnostics market.
• You define yourself as an agile, curious, positive, and full of persuasiveness person.
• Working in a team is just as natural for you as personal commitment.
• Excellent planning and organization skills and a flexible mind-set.
• A strong work/ go-get mentality.
• Good knowledge of the Dutch and French language and basic knowledge of the English language, all written and spoken, as well as computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Power Point, Excel) are essential for the position.
• The position requires a high willingness to travel by car.
